Registration deadline for all camps is two weeks prior to the start of that camp.

Should a camp full, we will accept names for a waiting list.

General EcoCamp Information
Camps for 7-15 year olds run daily 9am-4pm.
Camps for 4-6 year olds run daily 9am-Noon.
Time for Mini-Camps vary. Please see the schedule.
For full day camps, Maywood provides snacks during the day.
Full day campers and some mini-campers should bring a lunch and milk each day.

Camp flyers and registration forms are also available at the Ecology Center weekdays 9am - 4pm or by calling 920.459.3906 during regular business hours.
Completed forms and payments may be mailed to Maywood or dropped off at the Ecology Center 9am-4pm Monday - Friday. REGISTRATION DEADLINE FOR EACH CAMP IS TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE CAMP START DATE.

REGISTRATION STEPS:

1. FORMS Fill out the registration and health forms. Be sure to fill out all the sections carefully and completely. It is very important to sign all of the Authorizations. Review the age requirements of camp; campers must be the correct age at the time of camp to participate.

2. FEES Enclose your full registration fee to reserve a spot at camp. Make checks out to Maywood. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards at this time. To receive discounted rate, your family must be as Association Member at the time of registration.

3. CONFIRMATION A confirmation packet will be mailed after we receive your registration form and payment. Confirmation packets include a Welcome Letter, Camp Start Date, List of Things to Bring, tentative camp schedule, arrival and departure information, and a map with directions. Camp schedules are not finalized until closer to the actual camp date. We will keep you posted on scheduling changes.
