A full-service weekend bicycle tour filled with fun, sun, and incredible scenery along the shores of Lake Michigan! Leave from Maywood and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow cyclists as we ride to Point Beach State Forest in Two Rivers, with overnight tent camping at the park's quiet group site. Scenic route includes the paved Mariner Trail off Lake Michigan between Manitowoc and Two Rivers and the Rawley Point Recreational Trail in the State Forest. At the campground, take advantage of outstanding trails for hiking or biking, stroll along the beach, or relax 'round the campfire. 100 miles is covered in two days: 60 miles on Saturday (moderate to rolling hills); 40 miles on Sunday (fairly flat).
Fee includes sag & maintenance support, map & cue sheet, camping fee & use of facilities, snacks & sport drink at rest stops, all-you-care-to-eat buffet dinner Saturday evening, bonfire social with foot stompin' music, and breakfast buffet on Sunday.
